Coach Ken

Ken is known for his  outgoing personality and vibrant spirit. His goal as a coach is to help athletes grow and make genuine connections while promoting a healthy lifestyle.

Ken began his CrossFit journey in 2018 after falling love with the process, theory and community of CrossFit during a 6 week weight loss challenge. Since, Ken has competed in several CrossFit competitions and Powerlifting meets.

His passion for helping others achieve their goals is evident in every interaction he has.  Whether it's through coaching, or simply lending a listening ear, Ken thrives on making a positive impact in the lives of those around him.

His enthusiasm and genuine desire to see others succeed are truly contagious.
