With over a decade of experience, Kelly provides a safe, fun, and challenging environment for Masters and Foundations athletes to grow. She can also be found pushing you in all of our morning CrossFit classes.
Kelly has been involved in the fitness industry for 20+ years and started CrossFit January of 2008. When she was first introduced to CrossFit at the age of 46 she was intrigued by the functional movements at high intensity but apprehensive because of her age. However, after completing her first WOD, “Cindy”, she was hooked!
Kelly has discovered the CrossFit lifestyle is as diverse as its workouts, members and can be adapted for all levels of fitness. Kelly did her first pull up at 46, 14 ft rope climb at 47, first pistol at 48 and competed in her first competition at 49.
As she continues to work toward her fitness goals she is excited about helping others reach their goals too.
